The client agrees to provide accurate information regarding their business operations, cooperate fully during the consultancy process, and dedicate the necessary time and resources for training and internal audits.
All business processes, data, and information shared with Certilinx during the consultancy process will be kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without explicit consent, except as required for the certification audit.
Certilinx strives to provide accurate and effective guidance; however, the final certification decision rests with the external auditor. Certilinx cannot be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
